This is inform you about the recent changes we've implemented in our app to align with the updates introduced in Graph API v21 and Marketing API v21 by Meta. These changes ensure that our app continues to provide seamless and enhanced functionality while staying compliant with Instagram's latest API requirements. You can find more information here.


What’s New?

As part of the Graph API v21 update, Meta has introduced various improvements and deprecations. We have carefully reviewed and implemented the necessary changes to keep our app up to date.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • No Action Required: You don’t need to make any changes on your end. These updates have been applied seamlessly to our app.

To assist you in adapting to these updates, we've compiled a table detailing the deprecated metrics along with their associated description.

Below is a comprehensive list of the deprecated metrics and their corresponding details:

Total number of views by video

Email Contacts

Number of email contacts over a specified period of time

Ge Directions Clicks

Number of taps on the directions link in the IG user profile number of email contacts over a specified period of time

Profile Views

Number of users who have viewed the IG User's profile over a specified period of time

Text Message Clicks

Number of taps on the text message link in the IG User's profile over a specified period of time

Website Clicks

Number of website visits over a specified period of time

Phone Call Clicks

Number of phone call clicks over a specified period of time
