So today we’re excited to reveal our newest integration to one of the world’s biggest advertising platforms, Snapchat!

Here is how it works

We made this integration as simple as possible and it takes just a few minutes to set up!

Let’s get started:

  1. Go to Accounts.
  2. Click on Link Account button.
  3. In Select the type of account modal, choose Snapchat Ads.
  4. Authenticate your account.
  5. You'll see the "Snapchat Ads" account in the Linked 'Accounts index page.'

Reporting on Snapchat Ads

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Create/open a report.
  3. Drag and drop a widget onto the report.
  4. Choose Snapchat Ads in the data source.
  5. Choose Snapchat Account.
  6. Choose a Dimension.
  7. Choose Measure(s).
  8. Choose a Date Range.
  9. Apply Filters, enter No.of rows to show, sort your data by ascending/descending order.
  10. Click on Submit.

Creating calculated metrics with Snapchat Ads

  1. Click on Reports in the left side nav.
  2. Click on Calculated Metrics.
  3. Click on New Calculated Metric button.
  4. In New Calculated Metric modal, click on the +METRIC button.
  5. Start typing the name of the metric and choose the metric from the suggestions. You can also type the metric name in the formula box.
  6. Enter the Title, Display name, Description.
  7. Choose a data type, how to show increases (optional), and how to show totals (optional), then click Create. Learn more about Calculated Metrics

Generic

Impressions:
The total number of times your ad was served.

Video Views(25%):
The number of Snaps watched to 25% of duration of a video.

Video Views(50%):
The number of Snaps watched to 50% of duration of a video.

Video Views(75%):
The number of Snaps watched to 75% of duration of a video.

Video Views(100%):
The number of Snaps watched to 100% of duration of a video.

Screen Time (Milli sec):
The total number of seconds spent watching your ad across all impressions.

Spend:
The total amount spent on your ad campaign to date.

Swipes:
The total number of times Snapchatters swiped up to view your attachment.

Video Views Count(Milli sec):
The total number of impressions that meet the qualifying video view criteria of at least 2 seconds of consecutive watch time or a swipe up action on the Top Snap.

Android Installs:
The average number of times your app was installed in devices with Android operating system.

Attachment Average View Time(Milli sec):
The average number of seconds spent watching your attachment across all swipe ups.

Attachment Quartile 1:
The number of swipe ups watched to 25% of attachment duration.

Attachment Quartile 2:
The number of swipe ups watched to 50% of attachment duration.

Attachment Quartile 3:
The number of swipe ups watched to 75% of attachment duration.

Attachment Total View Time(Milli sec):
The total number of seconds spent watching your attachment across all swipe ups.

Attachment View Completion:
The number of swipe ups watched to 97% of attachment duration

Average Screen Time(Milli sec):
The average number of seconds spent watching your ad across all impressions.

Conversion Metrics

Conversion Add Billing:
The total number of times a user added their billing info in your App or website.

Conversion Add Cart:
The total number of times a user added an item to their cart in your App or website in your App or website.

Conversion App Opens:
The total number of times a user has opened your App.

Conversion Level Completes:
The total number of times a user has completed a level.

Conversion Page Views:
The total number of times a user viewed your page in your App or website.

Conversion Purchases:
The total number of purchases made in your App or website.

Conversion Purchases Value:
The total value of purchases made in your App or Website.

Conversion Save:
The total number of saves made in your App or website.

Conversion Searches:
The total number of times a user completed a search in your App or website.

Conversion Signups:
The total number of times a user signed up in your App or website.

Conversion Start Checkout:
The total number of times a user started a checkout in your App or website.
