1. How to create a report/widget with a specific campaign type?
Google Ads currently supports the channels mentioned below. In ReportGarden, apply the correct filter to widgets retrieve the data of a specific campaign type.
The possible values are
SEARCH - Search Network. Includes display bundled, and Search+ campaigns
DISPLAY - Google Display Network only
SHOPPING - Shopping campaigns serve on the shopping property and on google.com search results
HOTEL - Hotel Ads campaigns
VIDEO - Video campaigns
MULTI_CHANNEL - App Campaigns, and App Campaigns for Engagement, that run across multiple channels
LOCAL - Local ads campaigns
SMART - Smart campaigns
2. How to get more refined data for a given advertising channel or campaign type?
Apply the filter Advertising channel subtype. Here are the possible values for it along with the definitions.

3. How to filter the specific types of ads?
ReportGarden now supports a dimension called "All Ads"
Choose that and apply the respective filter to view the required Ad type
Here are the things that are supported in ReportGarden.
App Ads promote an app across all Google properties from a single campaign.
App engagement ads allow you to write text encouraging a specific action in the app, like checking in, making a purchase, or booking a flight.
Call ads are designed to encourage people to call your business and can appear only on devices that make phone calls.
Expanded dynamic search ads contain only two description lines because the headline, final URLs, and display URL are auto-generated at serving time according to domain name-specific information.
Gmail ads are shown at the top of inbox tabs.
It is created automatically by the system based on your provided hotel listings and prices.
As opposed to a text ad, an image ad is a graphic promoting a business.
A legacy app installs ad that only can be used by a few select customers.
Known as "responsive ads" in the UI, this legacy ad type has been replaced by ResponsiveDisplayAd.
This is the recommended ad type for Smart Display campaigns.
Unlike static text ads, responsive search ads permit up to 15 different headlines and 4 different descriptions, which are then tested in combination to find the best permutation.

A simple text-only ad with a headline and two description lines.
The Google Ads API permits only reporting of video ads. Video campaigns must be created using the UI or Google Ads scripts.
Responsive video ads are used in the video action campaign type.
4. How to create a widget showing ad assets?
ReportGarden has a new dimension - Ad Assets. Use this dimension and the relevant metrics.
Currently, this dimension returns values only for universal app campaigns. This is a limitation from Google Ads API
