What is Amazon Ads?
Advertising on Amazon is much like advertising on Google Ads. When you type in a keyword in the Amazon search box and results appear, some of the top results will be sponsored posts—these are considered Amazon Ads. They are denoted with subtle “sponsored” or “ad” text.
How do you link Amazon Ads on ReportGarden?
In order to link your Amazon Ads accounts to ReportGarden, please follow the steps below
Navigate to ReportGarden -> Accounts.
Click on Link Account
Click on Amazon Ads
You will be redirected to Amazon authentication screen. Enter your credentials, and give access to ReportGarden app to read the data.
You will be redirected back to ReportGarden and the account will be visible in ReportGarden
How do you enable Data fetches for Amazon Ads?
Linking your Amazon Ads account is only the first step of the process. Once you link your Amazon Ads account, it pulls in the ad accounts available from all the regions, namely
North America - USA, Canada, Mexico
Europe - United Kingdom, Italy, France, Spain, Germany
Asia - Japan, India, Singapore and Australia
When you try to load data for an account, if you see the following error, it means that the data fetch is not enabled yet.
To enable data fetches, follow the steps below.
a) Go to the linked account and then navigate to the sub account edit page
b) Once in there, you will see an option to enable data fetches
c) Click on enable data fetch, and the data fetch will be triggered
Note: It takes between 24 hours to 36 hours to fetch the data for the very first time.

Data Freshness and reporting durations
Amazon Ads is a storage connector
Data can only be fetched 60 days prior to the date of account being linked. Once the account is linked, the data will be fetched and stored within ReportGarden periodically

Q: Can I get Organic Amazon (Seller Partner) data in ReportGarden?
A: At the moment, it is not supported. It is in the pipeline and will be available in Q2 2024.
Q: How do I show TaCoS (Total advertising cost of sale) in ReportGarden?
A: This metric is currently not supported with ReportGarden. It will be supported once Organic Amazon data is supported with ReportGarden.
Q: I have connected my account with ReportGarden but do not see any data
A: Please contact [email protected]. Amazon Ads is a storage integration, and will be enabled only via request.
Also, it takes anywhere between 24-36 hours for the initial data fetch.
