How do you link Birdeye's accounts on ReportGarden?
In order to link your Birdeye accounts to ReportGarden, please follow the steps below
Navigate to ReportGarden -> Accounts.
Click on Link Account
Click on Birdeye
You will be redirected to the Birdeye authentication screen.
You will be redirected back to ReportGarden and the account will be visible in ReportGarden.

Review sentiment | BirdEye uses sentiment analysis to automatically evaluate the emotional tone of customer reviews. It categorizes reviews as positive, negative, or neutral, helping you quickly identify areas where you excel and areas that need improvement |

average_rating | The average of the overall ratings given by the customers |

source | Refers to the platform or channel from which a particular review or piece of feedback originates |

is_responded | A binary indicator that signifies whether a particular customer review or feedback has received a response from the business or organization |
is_featured | A designation or indicator that highlights specific customer reviews or feedback as "featured" or prominently displayed on a business's profile or website |
status | The current state or condition of a customer review or feedback submission |
tags | Refer to labels or keywords that can be assigned to customer reviews, feedback, or other content to categorize or classify them based on specific themes, topics, or attributes |
