What is TikTok Analytics?
TikTok Analytics is used to get publicly available information about the tiktok profile and videos, such as the number of plays, likes, comments and shares.
We have partnered with providers that fetch publicly available data for TikTok and use that for reporting purposes.
Note: TikTok Analytics is periodically fetched every 24 hours, and can only be tracked from the day it is connected with ReportGarden
How do you link TikTok profiles on ReportGarden?
In order to link your TikTok to ReportGarden, you need to enter your credentials in ReportGarden
Navigate to ReportGarden -> Accounts.
Click on Link Account
Click on TikTok Analytics
Enter the following
If your profile name is @profileName, please enter profileName in the dialog box you see below.
An account will be created.
You can always control the timezone with which the data has to be reported on by navigating to the account settings and changing the timezone to your choice.

Data Freshness and reporting durations
TikTok Analytics is a storage connector. The data is refreshed every 6 hours.
The last 2000 tiktok posts can be imported into ReportGarden. Daily statistics for time dimension can only be fetched from the day the account is linked. Historical data cannot be fetched by the connector. In case you have captured historical data through any other platform, please email the data to [email protected] so that we can import it in our system.
FAQ
Q: Do I need to own the TikTok profile to track the data?
A: It is not required. As long as the TikTok profile is public, the data can be tracked in ReportGarden. You only need to know the handle name.
Q: How accurate is the data for TikTok Analytics?
A: There is no official API for TikTok Analytics. We are using other service providers to fetch this data. Data accuracy is not garunteed.
Q: I do not see any data for my TikTok profile in reports/dashboards. What do I do?
A: Perform the basic checks to see if you are able to see the data
Check the date range and ensure that the date selected is after the day the account was linked.
Check the profile name that you have entered. It must be a valid profile name (without the @) and is case sensitive
