Managing Your Custom Themes

Once you've created a custom theme, you can easily update, duplicate, control its visibility, or remove it when it's no longer needed.

Edit a Custom Theme

Apply a custom theme to your report and click Edit to open the Theme Builder.

From here, you can choose one of the following actions:

  • Update – Save your changes to the current theme. Any updates will automatically be reflected in every report that uses this theme.

  • Save As New – Create a new theme based on your changes while keeping the original theme unchanged.

  • Cancel – Exit the editor without saving your changes.

Change Theme Visibility

You can update the visibility of your custom themes to control where they're available.

If a theme is already being used in other reports, the Update option will be disabled when you change its visibility. This prevents changes from affecting reports that are already using the theme.

To save the new visibility setting, click Save As New. This creates a separate version of the theme with the updated visibility while leaving the original theme unchanged.

Delete a Custom Theme

You can delete a custom theme from the More (⋯) menu on the theme card.

To prevent accidental changes, a theme can only be deleted if it isn't currently applied to any report, including the report you're editing. If the theme is in use, simply remove it from those reports before deleting it.
