The Theme Explorer lets you browse all available themes in one place, including both standard themes provided by ReportGarden and custom themes created by you or your team. Preview any theme instantly before applying it to your report.
Access the Theme Explorer
You can open the Theme Explorer in either of the following ways:
Click View All Themes from the Theme banner in the right-side panel.
Click the Theme icon in the top toolbar of the Report Editor.
Explore Available Themes
Themes are organized into two sections:
Standard Themes
Ready-to-use themes designed by ReportGarden, including:
Basic Light (Default)
Basic Dark
Midnight Dark
Textured Glass
Gradient Glass
Bold
Pastel
Custom Themes
Themes created by you or your team. The themes displayed depend on their visibility settings (available to all clients or only the current client).

Preview and Apply a Theme
Click any theme to instantly preview how it will look in your report. The preview allows you to explore different styles without making any changes.
When you've found the right theme, click Apply to use it in your report.
If you close the Theme Explorer or select another theme without clicking Apply, your current report theme remains unchanged.
