The Theme Builder gives you complete control over the appearance of your reports. From colors and typography to charts, tables, widgets, and page backgrounds, every element can be customized to match your brand.
Theme Basics
Start by defining the core settings for your theme.
Theme Name
Give your theme a meaningful name so it's easy to identify later.
When you customize a standard theme, a copy is automatically created.
New themes are created as "Untitled Theme" until renamed.
Theme Visibility
Choose where your theme will be available:
All Clients – Available across all clients in your account.
Only This Client – Available only for the selected client.
Theme Style
Select either Light or Dark as the foundation of your theme.
This automatically applies a balanced set of background and text colors across your report, including pages, widgets, charts, headers, and footers.
Theme Color
Choose your primary brand color.
This color is used throughout the report and automatically updates elements that inherit the primary theme color, helping you maintain a consistent design.
Theme Font
Select the font family used throughout your report for headings, text, tables, and other supported elements.
Customize the Report Page
Personalize the appearance of your report pages.
Background Color
Choose a background color for your report pages.
Background Image
Upload an image to use as the page background. This applies to all the pages on the reports.
Choose how the image should be displayed:
None – Displays the image at its original size.
Cover – Fills the page while maintaining the image's aspect ratio. Portions of the image may be cropped.
Fill – Stretches the image to fill the page. The image may appear distorted.
Fit – Displays the entire image within the page. Empty space may remain around the image.
When the background image completely covers the page, headers and footers automatically become transparent to create a seamless design.
