Not every metric can be combined with every dimension. You'll see ONLY the custom metrics which are valid for the chosen Dimension.
For example, the metric "Quality score" in AdWords is available only for "Keywords" dimension.

Things to keep an eye on:

  1. Check whether the created calculated metric works with the chosen dimension or not.
  2. Check whether the calculated metric is for single integration or multiple integrations (Calculated metrics with multiple integrations is still in progress.)
