Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you wanted a page to exist within your report but remain hidden from view? Or perhaps you anticipated needing it for future reports, even though it wasn't immediately relevant? Reportgarden has you covered! You now have a convenient option to switch the visibility of pages within your reports.

Doing so will automatically exclude them from:

  • Downloaded reports

  • Reports published to the portal

  • Live links.

With this feature, you have now complete control over the visibility of your pages.

To show/hide a page within your report, please follow the below instructions:

  • Open the page you wish to show or hide.

  • Navigate to the "Settings" tab located on the right side, just below the date range.

  • Toggle the "Show Page" option as per your preference, and the page will be displayed or hidden accordingly.

  • If the page is hidden, the toggle is off and the page will be grayed out. In the left pane, it is clearly shown that the page is hidden.

Additionally, we've also provided the capability to download reports, even if there are errors in the hidden pages. This enables you to revisit those pages with errors at your convenience and troubleshoot as necessary.
