2. Improved Snapchat Integration

We're excited to announce key upgrades to our Snapchat reporting. Enjoy more accurate previews, and an extended ad fetching window from 3 to 12 months. These offer greater flexibility and precision in your Snapchat data analysis.

3. Enhanced Metric Formatting Options

Say goodbye to pesky error messages! We understand the frustration of seeing blank spaces or error messages in your beautifully crafted reports. That’s why we’ve introduced new customization options for metrics with no data in the overview and KPI widgets. Now you can choose to display ‘0’, ‘null’, or a simple dash (-) instead of the standard error message. Take control of your report's appearance and enhance its overall look.

4. Instagram Reels & Video Post Updates

​To stay aligned with recent changes made by Meta, we’ve updated how certain Instagram metrics are displayed. Some metrics, including Profile Visits and Profile Activity for Reels, as well as, Shares and Total Interactions for Video Posts, will now show as zero. This ensures that our platform reflects the most accurate data available from the Facebook API.

​5. Introducing the Unarchive Option for Clients!

We’ve made it easier than ever to manage your client accounts. Now you can quickly and easily unarchive previously archived accounts directly from the client page. No more hunting down lost accounts! Give it a try today!
