Investigate report discrepancies in DBM data source

Before you begin investigating,

Verify that both reports:

  • Cover the same date range, using the same time zone.

  • Include the same line items or ads.

The reason why ReportGarden reports are different from other reports (data mismatch):

  • The data needs to be stabilised from API side and it may take up to 48 hours. 

  • So, it is recommended to pull a report after 48 hours for a particular date to get the correct data.
