Yext Analytics – New Dimensions Now Available

We’ve expanded our Yext integration with a robust set of new dimensions, giving you greater control and visibility into how your local listings perform. These enhancements help you analyze user interactions, optimize listings, and improve local SEO strategy with precision.

Newly Added Dimensions:

Dimension

Description

Entity Ids

Identify events by the corresponding entity.

Location Ids

Identify events by the store ID of the corresponding location.

Entity Types

Identify events by the type of the corresponding entity.

Suggestion Source

Identify conversion analytics by the source of the traffic.

Suggestion Type

Type of the publisher suggestion (used with PUBLISHER_SUGGESTIONS metric).

Suggestion Status

Current status of the suggestion.

Suggestion Assignee Email

Email ID of the person assigned to the suggestion.

Suggestion Assignee Type

Type or role of the assignee.

Suggestion Assignee Name

Name of the person assigned to the suggestion.

Device Class

Device used by the user while performing the search.

Referrer URL

Page URL from which the user was referred (e.g., job portal pages).

Account Ids

ID of the associated Yext account.

Folder Names

Identify events by the folder linked to the location.

Location Names

Identify events by the name of the corresponding location.

Action

Type of user interaction (e.g., Book Appointment, Order Now).

Apple Search Tap Type

Indicates the source of Apple Maps traffic by search type.

App

Publisher interface used (e.g., Google Maps or Google Search).

Is Click

Indicates whether the interaction qualifies as a "click" (used for CTR calculations).

Raw Search Term

The raw term entered by the user during a search.

Entity Labels

Labels assigned to the corresponding entity.

Listing Field

Field associated with the listing (e.g., name, address, category).

Device

Device used during the interaction.

Search Query

List of search queries associated with Google Listings.

These new dimensions are now available to use in your Yext reports and dashboards, giving you expanded filtering, segmentation, and analysis capabilities.
