This article explains how to ensure you have the necessary permissions to retrieve Local Services Ads data through ReportGarden.

Local Services Ads utilize Google Ads for campaign management. To access data for reporting purposes, ReportGarden requires a connection to both your Local Services Ads account and its associated Manager account within Google Ads.

The user linking the Local Services Ads account to ReportGarden must have administrative access to both the Local Services Ads account and the Manager account. This ensures ReportGarden can retrieve the necessary data for generating reports.

Steps for verification:

  1. Choose the Local Services Ads account you want to use for reporting. Then follow the below steps

Steps:

  1. Access the Admin by Clicking on the icon

  2. Select Access and Security

3. The "Access and security" page displays a list of users with varying access levels to your account. In the Managers section check if the credentials is listed

4. If the credential is listed as "Manager," it has full access to manage your Local Services Ads accounts.

If the credential is listed as "Manager," it has full access to manage your Local Services Ads accounts.

If the credential doesn't have "Manager" access, you'll need to grant it the necessary permissions and repeat steps 3 and 4.

Once you've connected the accounts, data should populate automatically in ReportGarden.

Note - If the data doesn't populate, or you encounter any difficulties locating the Manager account, please contact ReportGarden support. Provide your Manager Account number when reaching out via chat or email at [email protected]. Our team will be happy to assist you further.

By following these steps and ensuring proper access, you'll be able to leverage ReportGarden to generate valuable insights from your Local Services Ads data.
