Currently, we have paused all the scheduled reports containing Facebook Data that are due to go out on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of May 2021. This is because Facebook is experiencing issues, and cannot guarantee data accuracy at the moment.

Since the iOS rollout, Facebook has been experiencing degraded performance, and the data that is returned is not reliable. Facebook has acknowledged the issue and is working on it. The status can be monitored here https://developers.facebook.com/status/dashboard/.

We have raised bugs with Facebook wherever our internal test suite has raised flags for data discrepancies.

We are hoping that the issue gets resolved soon. Once our Facebook API experts sign off on it, we will re-trigger all the scheduled reports that have been paused and notify you of the same.
