Product Updates: Jan - May 2026

Every update we ship is driven by the same question: how do we help agencies spend less time wrestling with their tools and more time doing the work that matters? This round of updates - spanning new data capabilities, platform improvements, and a long list of stability enhancements - reflects exactly that commitment.

Here's everything that's landed between January and May 2026.

New Capabilities

Deeper Semrush Reporting: Expanded Dimensions and metrics

SEO storytelling just got more complete. We've expanded the Semrush integration with a new set of dimensions. For agencies managing SEO clients, this means a richer, more comprehensive view without stitching together data from separate tools.

Google Ads Integration Upgraded from v20 to v23

Our Google Ads integration has been upgraded from API v20 to v23 - the latest version as of early 2026. The jump to v23 brings meaningful improvements to what's reportable and how reliably data comes through. Being on v23 also keeps ReportGarden ahead of deprecation timelines and positioned to adopt new reporting features as Google continues its monthly release cadence.

Facebook Insights: Deprecated Metrics Updated

Metrics deprecated by Meta have been updated to align with current platform standards, keeping your Page Insights reports accurate and future-proof. For the full list of affected metrics, check here.

Shopify: Order Tags in Reports

If your team uses Order Tags in Shopify to organize and classify orders, those tags are now available in ReportGarden. Segment and analyze order data the way you already work - no need to restructure your tagging system to fit your reporting.

LinkedIn Ads: Reach Now Available at the Overview Level

The Reach metric was previously accessible only at the campaign level - it's now available in LinkedIn Ads overview reports as well, giving you a consolidated view of unique users reached across all campaigns in one place.

LinkedIn Ads: Choose Your Own Delimiter and report

You can now configure a custom delimiter for LinkedIn Ads data directly from your account settings. Whether your naming conventions rely on pipes (|), colons (:), or another separator, ReportGarden will parse your campaign data accordingly and report on the individual parts - making it easier to slice performance by any segment embedded in your naming structure.

Platform Improvements

Payment Gateway Updated

Our payment gateway has been updated to the latest version, ensuring a smoother, more reliable billing experience with greater control over your subscription.

Faster, More Reliable Report Downloads

Report generation has moved to upgraded infrastructure - our new Chromegarden setup - and the difference is noticeable. Downloads are faster, delivery is more consistent, and large reports that previously took longer to process are now handled much more smoothly. Less waiting, more presenting.

Inline Renaming: Smarter, Faster Editing

Two small changes that make a real difference when you're working quickly: when you trigger a rename on any page or element in a report, the existing text is automatically selected so you can start typing immediately - no need to manually clear it first. And if you change your mind, pressing Escape cancels the rename cleanly, leaving everything exactly as it was.

Map Widget: Performance and Layout Improvements

The Map widget has received two meaningful updates. First, the "Allow Overlap" setting now persists correctly between sessions - your layout configuration is saved and restored exactly as you left it, so you're not re-applying the same settings every time you open a report. Second, unnecessary re-renders have been eliminated, making interactions with map-based report sections noticeably smoother, especially when working with multiple data layers or complex layouts.

Charts & Visualizations: Cleaner Stacked Bar Charts

Zero-value labels no longer render on stacked bar charts, resulting in cleaner, easier-to-read visualizations.

Image Picker: Drag-and-Drop Upload

You can now upload images directly into the Image widget by dragging and dropping them in. No need to browse and select manually. A faster, more intuitive way to get your visuals into reports.

Page Gallery Visual Refresh

The page template gallery has been updated with a cleaner, more polished look. The tags filter has also been streamlined for a less cluttered browsing experience, making it easier to find the right template and get moving.

Reliability & Accuracy Enhancements

A significant part of this release was dedicated to hunting down edge cases and inconsistencies across integrations. Here's what we addressed:

Google Ads

  • Video metrics that were resolving incorrectly have been corrected.

TikTok

  • Several reliability improvements were made to data fetching, resolving issues with video requests and missing ads data.

Reddit Ads

  • Blank rows no longer appear in reports, and filters that weren't applying correctly are now working as expected.

Klaviyo

  • Date range comparisons now calculate correctly, so performance trend data reflects the right periods.

YouTube Analytics

  • An issue with video-level dimensions in analytics reports has been corrected.

We're continuing to build toward a reporting experience that stays out of your way and lets your work speak for itself. These updates make integrations stronger and reports more reliable.

As always, if something isn't working the way you'd expect, or if there's a data source or feature you'd like to see prioritized, we'd love to hear from you. Reach out via live chat, email us at [email protected], or connect with our team here.

Happy Reporting!
