With our latest release, the existence of same contact in multiple teams is possible.
However, creating the same contact multiple times in the same team is not possible.

For example:
Agency1 has created a contact, John Doe ([email protected]) for his/her Client - TribeLocal
Now, Agency2 can also create the same contact John Doe ([email protected]) for one of his/her clients.
